This important workshop delivers deep understanding and sets a course forward for establishing smart product line strategies and actionable roadmaps. It addresses both the thinking process and the mechanisms by which organizations radically improve the strategic power and proficiency of their product management and product development efforts.     • Learn how to establish and then leverage all platforms types: technology, service, design, production and systems platforms; Discover how knowledge management and data visualization facilitates the quality and speed of product line strategizing and roadmapping; Explore the how’s and why’s of platform leverage by establishing a roadmap interface to customers, supplier, and partners.
    • And more… New Platforms and Radical Innovation; Rolling up multiple roadmaps; Streamlining and Advancing Portfolio Management, Stage-Gate, Front end Concept Generation when Product Line Strategizing and Roadmapping are in place; Combining Open Innovation with Closed Innovation (“Clopened” Innovation) for targeted innovation planning and execution.

The afternoon of Day 2 will focus on how to bring these learnings back to your organization. Paul O’Connor will lead this in-depth workshop. From his 25+ years in New Product Development, Paul delivers insights and learnings on techniques and tools — from basic to enterprise-wide — that you can use to the advantage of your product lines.

PARTICIPANT FEE: Companies may send up to five people per workshop. For learning and sharing purposes, we encourage at least two people attend from each organization.
